Monopoly acquires land for its own investment account, as well, it represents select private equity funds, developers, homebuilders, and investors actively acquiring land and commercial properties. Land parcels between 10-3,000 acres with the potential for a minimum of 50 units to over 1,000 residential units, plus associated commercial uses are desired.

The company has a proven ability at acquiring special situations in which it can move quickly to underwrite and add value to the transaction under consideration. NON-PERFORMING LOANS AND REO:
We also concentrate on acquiring non-performing residential & commercial loans with collateral located in opportunistic and desirable markets. Monopoly purchases appropriately priced REO assets in Tier 1 and Tier 2 MSA's in Florida and the southeastern states.
