The Seller was Wareworld, LLC, an investment group which purchased the lots from PFC Projects another investment group that purchased 72 unsold luxury townhomes homes and the developed lots from Mercantil Commercebank and SH Communities in a short sale December 2012.  The original developer was Southern Homes of Palm Beach. The community is located at the northeast corner of North Federal Highway and Chucker Road, along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Monopoly Real Estate, Inc., President/Broker Simon C. Lipton represented both the Seller and Buyer as the sole broker in the transaction. On November 5, 2013 the transaction closed for $1,650,000.00 or $50,000.00 per lot.
