The company has a proven ability at acquiring special situations in which it can move quickly to underwrite and add value to the transaction under consideration. TRANSACTION TYPES: Fee Simple, Non-Performing Loans, Bulk Inventory Acquisitions, Portfolio Acquisitions
DEAL SIZE: $2 Million - $75 Million
GEOGRAPHIC FOCUS: Florida and Southeastern U.S.
PROJECTED HOLD: 3 – 7 years
NON-PERFORMING LOANS AND REO:
We also concentrate on acquiring non-performing residential & commercial loans with collateral located in opportunistic and desirable markets. Monopoly purchases appropriately priced REO assets in Tier 1 and Tier 2 MSA's in Florida and the southeastern states.
