Residential Development Land, Developed Lots & REO Opportunities Wanted SOUTH FLORIDA -We are seeking to purchase land opportunities throughout Florida: Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Brevard, Collier and Lee counties. We will consider all parcels between 50 acres to over 1,000 acres, which are in the path of progress. We prefer frontage on main roads. Properties that are already zoned and approved, (or in the entitlement process) would be of particular interest.
